| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Roma facing right, wearing a winged helmet with detailed crest, rendered in the provincial Iberian style characteristic of Saguntine coinage. The portrait is depicted in high relief with stylized facial features typical of late Republican colonial issues. A circular Latin legend runs around the periphery, naming the local magistrates: L CALPVR AED COL CN BAEBI. The flan is irregular and the strike slightly off-center, consistent with hammered bronze production of this period. |

| Reverse description | Prow of a war galley oriented to the right, rendered with horizontal rows of oars and decorative beading along the hull, a motif closely echoing the Roman Republican as tradition. A winged Victory figure appears above the prow, and a winged caduceus is depicted in front of it, serving as a symbol of commerce and civic authority. The colonial ethnic SAGV appears in the field, identifying the issuing city of Saguntum. The overall composition reflects the strong Romanizing tendency of this Iberian colonial mint during the late Republican period. |
