| Obverse description | Bare-headed bust of Nero facing right, rendered with characteristic youthful features including elaborately curled hair arranged in layered waves across the forehead and nape, with a small globe at the base of the neck truncation. The portrait is boldly modelled in high relief, displaying the fleshy physiognomy associated with later Neronian coinage.
