A figure of Victory flies above the prow, her wings spread and arms outstretched. A caduceus stands vertically in the field before the prow, serving as a symbol of commerce and peace. The magistrates' names appear in the exergue and surrounding field in Latin characters: L FABI POST. The overall design reflects the standard Roman as typology adapted for local civic coinage at Saguntum. |
