Beschrijving voorzijde Bare-necked, laureate bust of Emperor Galba facing right, rendered in the bold, high-relief style characteristic of Flavian-era restitution coinage. The effigy displays Galba's distinctive aged features with a strong jaw and close-cropped hair beneath the laurel wreath. The circular legend runs around the entire periphery of the flan, with a beaded border enclosing the portrait. The workmanship reflects the retrograde copying of original Neronian-era dies adapted under Titus for his restitution series.

Opschrift voorzijde SER GALBA IMP CAES AVG TR P
(Translation: Servius Galba Imperator Caesar Augustus, Tribunicia Potestate. Servio Galba, supreme commander (Imperator), Caesar, emperor (Augustus), holder of tribunician power.)
Beschrijving keerzijde Libertas, the personification of Liberty, stands facing left in full figure, draped in a long stola and paludamentum. She extends her right hand forward holding a pileus (the cap of freedom given to freed slaves), and clasps a long vindicta (rod) vertically in her left hand. The senatorial authority mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is prominently placed in the field to either side of the figure at mid-height. A circular legend referencing the restitution by Titus runs around the periphery, enclosed by a beaded border.
