| Descrizione del rovescio | Plain field bearing the large senatorial authorization monogram S·C (Senatus Consulto) prominently displayed in the center, a hallmark of Roman aes coinage struck under senatorial authority. The surrounding circular legend in Latin capitals reads PONTIF TRIBVN POTEST ITER, distributed around the periphery of the flan. The reverse is devoid of any figural imagery, the text and monogram alone conveying Drusus's priestly and tribunician honors. The surface shows a dark green-brown patina consistent with genuine ancient bronze. |
