| Reverse description | A large rectangular altar or templum Pacis depicted in elevation, set on a stepped podium, flanked on each side by a togated priest standing facing the altar and holding a patera in the right hand. The monumental architectural structure is rendered with colonnaded facade detail visible in the field. The senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) appears in the lower exergual area, one letter on each side of the altar base. The legend PACIS runs along the upper border of the flan. |
