| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Domitian facing right, draped with aegis visible at the left shoulder, rendered in high relief with characteristic Flavian portraiture. The emperor's strong profile features a prominent brow, aquiline nose, and closely cropped hair beneath the laurel wreath. The encircling Latin legend runs continuously around the periphery of the flan. The flan itself is irregular in outline, typical of hammered bronze coinage of the early Imperial period. |
