| Popis rubu | Standing figure of Fortuna depicted in full length, facing left, draped in a long chiton and himation, holding a ship's rudder set to the ground in her right hand and a cornucopiae cradled in her left arm — her canonical attributes as goddess of fortune and prosperity. The large senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consulto) is prominently placed in the central field to either side of the figure, as required for bronze denominations of the Roman Imperial series. The reverse legend arcs across the upper field. The composition is well-centred and the relief is crisp, consistent with the high-quality dies used at Rome under Domitian's censorship. |
