| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Domitian facing right, draped and cuirassed with aegis visible at the left shoulder, rendered in the robust portraiture style characteristic of Flavian imperial coinage. The emperor's effigy is depicted with strong, idealized facial features and a prominent laurel wreath. The encircling legend runs continuously around the periphery of the flan. The coin exhibits a dark green patina with areas of exposed red copper, consistent with a bronze as of this period. |

| Reverse description | The personification of Fides (Public Faith) stands facing right in the field, rendered as a draped female figure. In her raised right hand she holds ears of grain, while her extended left hand supports a shallow patera or plate bearing fruits. The large senatorial control marks S C (Senatus Consultum) are prominently placed to either side of the figure in the lower field. The encircling legend FIDEI PVBLICAE appears around the periphery, invoking the concept of public loyalty and trust as a virtue of the Domitianic regime. |
