Obverse description Male head facing right, rendered in the characteristically schematic Iberian style with bold, rounded features. The hair is depicted as a mass of large, tightly clustered globular curls arranged in rows across the crown and falling behind the neck, a hallmark of Iberian bronze coinage of the Ebro valley region. A prominent beaded necklace or torque is visible at the truncation. The broad, stylised face displays deeply incised features typical of Celtiberian workshop engraving of the late 2nd century BC. The field is plain, with a slightly irregular flan edge.
