附加信息	Miletus retained the right to strike silver under Hadrian through a formal grant of civic coinage privileges — unusual at a time when most eastern mints were producing bronze civic issues rather than silver. The conventus system grouped provincial judicial circuits around major cities, and Miletus, despite its silted harbor having effectively ended its classical commercial dominance by this period, still carried enough administrative prestige to anchor its own conventus. The COS III designation brackets this issue to no earlier than 119 AD, when Hadrian entered his third consulship.
