The imperial effigy is depicted in the Alexandrian provincial style, with characteristic bold modeling of facial features. The surrounding Greek legend reads ΑΥΤΟΚ ΚΑΙΣΑΡΟΣ ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΟΥ ΣΕΒ, identifying the emperor as Autocrator Caesar Domitianus Sebastos.
