Obverse description Draped and laureate bust of Vespasian facing right, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The emperor's portrait displays characteristic features of Flavian coinage, with a wreath of laurel encircling the head. The circumferential Greek legend reads ΑΥΤΟΚ ΚΑΙΣ ΣΕΒΑ ΟΥΕΣΠΑΣΙΑΝΟΥ, identifying the emperor with his imperial titles, with the regnal year L Β (Year 2) also present in the field.
