Obverse description Bare or laureate head of Tiberius facing left, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style with naturalistic portraiture. The legend ΤΙΒΕΡΙΟΣ ΚΑΙΣΑΡ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ runs around the periphery, with the regnal year notation L ΚΑ (year 21) appearing in the lower field. The portrait exhibits characteristic Julio-Claudian features with a refined, slightly idealized treatment typical of Alexandrian die engravers.
