| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Diadumenian facing right, viewed from the rear, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Mesopotamian civic coinage. The effigy displays layered paludamentum and scale-patterned cuirass in careful relief. The surrounding Greek legend is distributed along the upper and lower periphery of the flan. The portrait is youthful and beardless, consistent with Diadumenian's known iconography as Caesar and co-emperor with Macrinus. |

| Reverse description | Eagle standing facing, wings fully spread, head turned to the right, holding a wreath in its beak. The eagle stands upon the facing head of a long-horned bull, a distinctive device associated with the mint of Carrhae. Pellets appear to the left and right of the bull's head, serving as decorative field elements. The Greek legend is distributed in two lines around the design, referencing the tribunician power and consulship. The composition reflects the syncretic Mesopotamian artistic tradition blending Roman imperial imagery with local religious symbolism. |
