| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, viewed from the rear, with curly hair and short beard rendered in fine detail. The emperor wears a laurel wreath and military cuirass with visible paludamentum fastened at the shoulder. The effigy is bold and well-modeled in high relief, typical of provincial coinage from Mesopotamia. The encircling Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ Κ Μ Α ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ, identifying the emperor by his imperial titulature. |

| Reverse description | An eagle stands facing with wings spread, head turned to the right, holding a wreath in its beak. The eagle is depicted standing atop a facing long-horned bull's head, a distinctive reverse type associated with the mint of Carrhae. Pellets appear to the left and right of the bull's head in the lower field. The reverse legend ΔΗΜΑΡΧ ΕΞ ΥΠΑ ΤΟ Δ, distributed in the field, records Caracalla's tribunician power and fourth consulship, providing a chronological indicator for the issue. |
