| Obverse description | Laureate head of the Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style with fine hair detail beneath the laurel wreath. The portrait displays characteristic features of Trajan's mature effigy — strong jaw, short neck, and slightly draped shoulder visible at the bust truncation. The Greek imperial legend runs around the periphery, divided on either side of the portrait, within a dotted border. The field is well-struck for a provincial issue, with the legend clearly distributed across the upper and lower portions of the obverse. |

| Reverse description | Draped bust of Sarapis facing right, the syncretic Graeco-Egyptian deity depicted with flowing locks and full beard rendered in the Hellenistic tradition. Atop the head sits the distinctive kalathos (modius), a tall cylindrical basket-crown symbolizing divine abundance, bound by a taenia (fillet or diadem band). The drapery falls over the left shoulder in a conventional provincial manner. The date formula L Ϛ (regnal year 6, corresponding to 102–103 AD) appears divided in the field to left and right of the bust, within a dotted border. |
