Reverse description Jugate busts of Sarapis and Isis facing right, occupying the full field. Sarapis, placed in front, wears the characteristic kalathos (modius) atop his head, while Isis, positioned behind, is distinguished by her distinctive plumes headdress. The pairing of these two principal Alexandrian deities is a hallmark of Alexandrian coinage. The regnal year date L Ζ (Year 7, corresponding to 227-228 AD) is divided across the field, with L to the left and Ζ to the right of the busts. A beaded border surrounds the design.
