Obverse description Radiate and draped bust of Nero facing left, wearing the aegis over the shoulder, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style. The radiate crown consists of multiple points emanating from the head. The Greek legend surrounds the effigy, reading ΝΕΡΩ ΚΛΑΥ ΚΑΙΣ ΣΕΒ ΓΕΡ ΑΥ, with the regnal year L ΙΓ (year 13) prominently placed in the lower left field.

Reverse description Bare laureate head of the deified Emperor Tiberius facing right, with finely rendered hair and naturalistic portraiture in the Hellenistic tradition. The neck is truncated cleanly. The Greek legend ΤΙΒΕΡΙΟΣ ΚΑΙΣΑΡ is distributed around the portrait, reading from upper left to lower right, identifying the posthumous honorific depiction of Tiberius as Caesar.
