Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, portrayed three-quarter from the rear, lending a distinctive Alexandrian artistic character to the effigy. The imperial titulature is rendered in Greek characters within the surrounding legend. The portrait exhibits the characteristic Hadrianic beard and refined facial features typical of Alexandrian provincial coinage of the early second century AD.

She holds a bundle of grain ears in her right hand and a double cornucopia (dikeras) in her left arm, emblematic of abundance and civic harmony. The figure is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with drapery falling in classical folds. The regnal year inscription appears in the field, with a Θ (theta) denoting year 9 of Hadrian's reign.
