| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed and draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered with characteristic curly hair and short beard in the Alexandrian provincial style. The imperial effigy displays naturalistic modeling of the facial features typical of mid-2nd century Egyptian coinage. The Greek imperial titulature legend runs around the periphery of the obverse field. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Eirene, goddess of peace, depicted standing to the left, clad in a long chiton and himation rendered with fine drapery folds. In her extended right hand she holds ears of grain (and possibly poppy heads), while her left hand bears a caduceus, the herald's staff, resting against her shoulder. The regnal year legend L ΤΡΙΤΟΥ (Year 3) is inscribed in the field, dating the issue to the third year of Antoninus Pius's reign as reckoned by the Alexandrian calendar. |
