The effigy is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with a bold, slightly stylised profile. The encircling Greek legend reads Α ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΜΑ ΑΥΡ ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ΕΥϹΕΒ, identifying the emperor by his imperial titles and cognomen Eusebes (Pious). |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Jugate busts of Sarapis and Isis facing right, rendered in the syncretic Graeco-Egyptian artistic tradition of the Alexandrian mint. Sarapis, positioned in front, wears the distinctive cylindrical kalathos (modius) atop his head, while Isis, shown behind, bears her characteristic plumes or crown. A tall sceptre or staff is visible rising behind the figures. The regnal date legend L Ε (Year 5) is divided across the field, with L to the left and Ε to the right of the busts. |
