Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed with a stephane or diadem, rendered in the characteristic Antonine style. The bust is presented bare-necked with drapery visible at the truncation. The Greek legend ΦΑΥϹΤΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ (Faustina Augusta) runs in the field surrounding the effigy.

Reverse description Zeus enthroned left on a high-backed throne, his body semi-draped, holding a long sceptre upright in his left hand and extending his right arm forward. An eagle stands at his feet to the left, facing right. The regnal date L ΙΓ (Year 13, corresponding to 149-150 AD) is inscribed in the field, flanking the figure.
