| Reverse description | Radiate and draped bust of Helios facing right, the solar deity depicted with a prominent crown of radiating spikes issuing from the head, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The treatment of the radiate crown is bold and deeply struck, characteristic of Alexandrian provincial issues. The regnal year date L Η (year 8) appears in the right field, indicating the eighth year of Marcus Aurelius's reign as reckoned by the Alexandrian calendar.
