正面描述	Diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style with a stephane or diadem visible atop the coiffure. The empress is depicted with a layered hairstyle and robed shoulders, the bust terminating at the base. A Greek legend encircles the effigy, partially legible through heavy wear and corrosion, reading Μ ΩΤ ϹΕΟΥΗΡΑ ϹΕ Μ ϹΤΡΑ.

背面描述	Homonoia, the personification of concord, depicted standing to the left in flowing robes, her right arm raised in a gesture of salutation or benediction, and her left hand supporting a double cornucopia. The field is heavily worn and encrusted, but the figure retains sufficient detail to confirm the standard Alexandrian Homonoia type. The regnal year date LΔ (Year 4) appears in the field, corresponding to the fourth year of Philip I's reign.
