Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, depicted with short beard, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The imperial effigy occupies the central field, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated. The surrounding circular legend reads ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹΕΒ, identifying the emperor with his title Sebastos (Augustus) and the epithet Eusebes (Pius), partially visible around the flan's irregular edge.
