| Reverse description | Homonoia, goddess of concord, seated left upon a throne, her draped figure rendered in flowing garments typical of Alexandrian personifications. She extends her right arm upward in a gesture of salutation or offering, while her left hand holds a double cornucopia, symbol of abundance. The date regnal year mark L Δ (Year 4) appears in the field, corresponding to the fourth regnal year of Aurelian in Alexandria. The reverse border is a rope or bead-and-reel pattern consistent with Alexandrian tetradrachm coinage of this period. |
