| Obverse description | Draped bust of Lucilla facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed in the Antonine fashion with wavy locks swept back and gathered at the nape, enclosed within a beaded border. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine drapery visible at the truncation. The Greek legend ΛοΥΚΙΛΛΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ runs around the periphery, with the alpha characters distinctively formed as lambda (Λ), a notable regional die-cutter's trait. |

| Reverse description | Aphrodite standing facing with head turned to the left, draped in a long chiton, raising her right hand to hold an apple and grasping a tall sceptre in her left hand. The goddess is depicted in a hieratic, frontal pose characteristic of provincial Syrian-Mesopotamian workshop tradition. The Greek legend ΥΠΕΡ ΝΙΚΗϹ ΡΩΜΑΙΩΝ, meaning 'for the victory of the Romans', encircles the field within a beaded border, with the alpha rendered as lambda (Λ) consistent with the obverse die convention. |
