| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena in right profile, rendered in the style of Athenian prototype coinage, occupying the central field. The helmet is depicted with characteristic crested detail and cheekpiece. Flanking the bust are South Arabian letter-forms and subsidiary symbols including what appears to be a caduceus-like device to the upper right and a serpentine symbol to the left. A South Arabian monogram appears in the lower field beneath the bust, consistent with local workshop adaptations of Greek imagery. |

| Reverse description | Bucranium (ox skull frontal view) rendered in bold, stylized relief at the centre of the field, a characteristic emblem of this Sabaean hemidrachm series. The horns of the bucranium extend upward and outward, with the muzzle and nostrils visible at the lower centre. A vertical plant or palm frond motif appears to the right of the bucranium. Ancient South Arabian inscription appears along the left margin of the field. The design is enclosed within a beaded border on an irregularly shaped flan typical of hammered South Arabian silver coinage. |
