Obverse description Central field bears the Sunni kalima (shahada) inscribed within a square frame, with pseudo-Arabic or degenerate Arabic lettering forming the border legends around the square. The shahada inscription itself is distorted and non-standard, reflecting local Georgian imitation of Islamic coin types. The overall layout follows the format of Ilkhanid and post-Mongol Islamic dirhams, adapted for Georgian circulation.

Reverse description Central field depicts a bird in profile, rendered in a simplified folk or heraldic style, holding a worm in its beak. The bird is enclosed within two concentric circles, with the intervening annular zone filled by a series of lines that may be degenerate or ornamental pseudo-lettering rather than a legible legend. A cross is positioned above the bird, asserting the Georgian Christian identity of the issuing authority within an otherwise Islamicised coin format.
