| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Victorinus facing right, rendered in the robust late Roman imperial style characteristic of Gallic Empire coinage. The radiate crown, a defining feature of the antoninianus denomination, is rendered with prominently splayed pointed rays. The emperor's mature, bearded visage is depicted with strong facial features, and the paludamentum is visible at the truncation. The encircling Latin legend reads IMP C VICTORINVS P F AVG, distributed around the periphery of the obverse field. |
