| Obverse description | Radiate, draped bust of Emperor Diocletian facing right, depicted with short beard and imperial paludamentum. The radiate crown, characteristic of the antoninianus denomination, is clearly rendered with pointed rays. The bust is shown in the cuirassed military tradition of the late 3rd century, with drapery visible over the left shoulder. The obverse legend encircles the effigy along the coin's rim. The portrait style reflects the characteristic late Roman military aesthetic of Diocletian's early reign. |

| Reverse description | The allegorical figure of Laetitia (Joy/Rejoicing) stands facing left, draped in a long flowing garment. She extends her right hand forward holding a wreath, while her left hand supports a long rudder resting on the ground, symbolizing well-founded and stable rejoicing. The reverse legend LAETITIA FVND encircles the figure along the rim, and the officina and mint mark XXIZ appear in the exergue below the ground line, serving as a workshop identifier. |
