The obverse legend CONSTANTIVS NOB C arcs around the bust, identifying the emperor in his capacity as Caesar. The portrait exhibits the characteristic short-cropped hair and strong profile typical of the Diocletianic period. |

The reverse legend PIETAS AVGG is distributed in the field, with the mint mark PTR (Treveri) in the exergue and the officina letter C in the left field. |
