Reverse description A large ornate Gothic cross fleury occupies the central field, its four arms terminating in elaborate fleur-de-lis finials and enclosing a central quatrefoil. The cross is set within a quadrilobe formed by four rounded lobes, each adorned with delicate Gothic trefoil and foliate ornaments in high relief. The peripheral legend, beginning with a cross and separated by trefoil stops, carries the Christological apotropaic formula in Latin: XP`C VIИCIT ⋮ XP`C ⋮ RϵGИAT ⋮ XP`C ⋮ IMPϵRAT, enclosed between beaded inner and outer borders.
