| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, seen from the front, with elaborate hair rendered in fine parallel ridges. The emperor is depicted as a youthful figure wearing a paludamentum fastened at the shoulder, with visible pteryges of the cuirass. The obverse legend encircles the bust in Greek characters, identifying the emperor by his official titulature. |

| Reverse description | Apollo Tyrimnaios, the principal civic deity of Thyatira, depicted driving a quadriga at full gallop to the right; the god holds a palm branch (?) in one hand and a double axe (labrys) in the other, emblems of his local cult. In the lower field, a cornucopia is placed beneath the horses. The reverse legend, arranged in multiple lines around the field and exergue, names the local magistrate responsible for the issue. The composition is dynamic and reflects the high-relief engraving style characteristic of the Pergamene conventus under the Severan dynasty. |
