| 正面描述 | Confronted busts of the co-emperors: to the right, the laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla seen from the rear; facing him to the left, the bare-headed and cuirassed bust of Geta, whose cuirass is adorned with a gorgoneion. The two imperial effigies are rendered in a dynamic, face-to-face composition characteristic of provincial issues celebrating dynastic collegiality. The surrounding legend identifies both rulers in Greek. |

(Translation: Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus, Publius Septimius Geta Caesar) |
| 背面描述 | Asclepius, the god of medicine, stands facing in the centre of the composition, clad in a himation, and holds his characteristic serpent-entwined staff (kerykeion) upright before him. He is flanked symmetrically on either side by a centaur, each grasping the serpent staff, lending the scene a mythological grandeur befitting Pergamum's celebrated sanctuary of Asclepius. A partial Greek legend appears in the lower field and exergue, naming the civic magistrate and the city's neocorate status. The surface shows considerable wear and encrustations consistent with the coin's large module and age. |
