| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Valerian facing right, portrayed in a three-quarter rear view, the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and the cuirass rendered in relief. The effigy occupies the central field with a circular Greek legend surrounding it. The style is characteristic of provincial bronze coinage struck in the eastern conventus during the joint reign of Valerian and Gallienus. |

The composition fills the central field, with the magistrate's name and civic ethnic divided across the field in two lines above and below. The style reflects the mature provincial die-cutting tradition of Lesbos under the Gallienic period. |
