Reverse description Caracalla stands facing left in military attire, pouring a libation from a patera held in his right hand over a flaming altar, while his left hand grasps a long sceptre. Two vexilla (military standards) flank the central figure, one on each side. The reverse legend, referencing the archon Aelius Onesiphoros and the Aurelian Antonine city of Cyzicus as a twice-neokorate, is distributed around the field in Greek script.
