| Beschrijving voorzijde | Confronted busts of the co-emperors Valerian and Gallienus facing one another, both draped and cuirassed, seen from the rear; Valerian at right wearing a radiate crown, Gallienus at left wearing a laurel wreath. The obverse legend is divided between both sides of the field, identifying each ruler by his full imperial titulature in Greek. The composition is characteristic of the homonoia coinage struck by Phrygian civic mints under the joint reign, emphasising the dynastic pairing of father and son. |

| Opschrift voorzijde | ΑΥ Κ ΠΟ ΛΙ ΟΥΑΛΕΡΙΑΝΟϹ / ΑΥ ΚΑ ΠΟ ΛΙΚΙ / ΓΑΛΛΙΗΝΟϹ (Translation: Emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Valerianus, Emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Gallienus) |
| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two Tychai, personifications of the cities of Temenothyrae and Sebaste, stand facing one another in a scene of civic concordia; each figure holds a sceptre in the left hand and clasps the right hand of the other in a dexiosis gesture. Above the central handclasp, a small cult statuette of the god Mên is depicted holding a pine cone in the right hand and a sceptre in the left, underscoring the religious significance of the alliance. The reverse legend names the issuing communities and records the presiding magistrate Kleoboulos as archon, providing a valuable prosopographical datum for the civic administration of Phrygia under Valerian and Gallienus. |
