| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Severus Alexander facing right, depicted in three-quarter view from the front. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic youthful features rendered in the provincial Mysian style, with careful delineation of the paludamentum and cuirass. The encircling Greek legend reads ΑΥΤΚΡ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ ϹΕΒ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟϹ, identifying the emperor by his full titulature.
