| Obverse description | Draped bust of Empress Crispina facing right, her hair elaborately styled in wavy strands swept back and gathered in a chignon at the nape, with a lock descending behind the ear. The portrait is rendered in a competent provincial style with a beaded border encircling the field. The Greek legend ΚΡΙϹΠΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ runs around the periphery, identifying her with the imperial title Augusta. |

The composition reflects the strong civic cult of Asclepius at Silandus. The reverse legend names the local magistrate (strategos) Lucius Minicius Asclepiades and the city of the Silandeans. |
