| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, seen from the front, adorned with an aegis on the left shoulder. The portrait exhibits the characteristic youthful features of Caracalla as depicted on provincial coinage of the Severan period. The obverse legend encircles the bust in Greek characters, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The engraving reflects the provincial workshop style of Lydia, with bold relief typical of large-module civic bronzes. |

| Reverse description | Tetrastyle temple depicted in elevation, its four columns framing the cult figure of Tyche standing left within the intercolumniation.
