Reverse description Two imperial figures, identified as Caracalla and Geta, shown radiate and clad in military dress, standing facing one another across a lighted altar placed centrally between them; they clasp right hands above the altar in a dextrarum iunctio gesture symbolising concordia. The figure at left holds a cult statue, while the figure at right holds a sceptre or spear. The scene reflects the dynastic harmony promoted on Severan provincial coinage, and the reverse legend names the local magistrate Zenon and the civic ethnikon of Aphrodisias.
