| Opis rewersu | Homonoia type depicting the cult statue of Artemis Leukophryene of Magnesia ad Maeandrum standing facing at left, being crowned by two small Nikai, each standing atop an eagle flanking the deity, juxtaposed with the iconic cult statue of Artemis of Ephesus standing facing at right, wearing the kalathos headdress and adorned with the characteristic multiple rows of pendants and animal reliefs. The composition celebrates the concord (Homonoia) between the two cities of Magnesia and Ephesus. The reverse legend encircles the two divine effigies in the field. |
