| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, depicted from behind, showing the rear of the cuirass in characteristic provincial style. The effigy displays a youthful portrait with laureate wreath, paludamentum fastened at the shoulder, and segmented cuirass rendered in low relief. The circular Greek legend surrounding the bust identifies the emperor by his Antonine nomenclature. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, consistent with provincial Asian bronze coinage of the Severan period. |

| Reverse description | Heracles depicted standing facing, his head turned to the right, presented in the canonical heroic nude type. He rests his right hand upon his grounded club, while his left arm bears the Nemean lion skin draped over the forearm. A bow is visible in the lower field beneath the figure, an attribute alluding to the hero's labours. The composition is contained within the broad flan, with the encircling Greek legend naming the local magistrate and the civic ethnikon of the Trallians. The type reflects the strong Heraclean iconographic tradition prominent in the coinage of Tralles. |
