| Obverse description | Turreted and draped bust of the city goddess Tyche, her portrait possibly assimilated to that of Faustina II, facing left and adorned with a necklace. The turreted crown identifies the deity as the divine personification and protectress of the city of Germe. The bust is rendered in the provincial Greek artistic style typical of Mysian civic coinage of the Antonine period. A partial Greek legend appears in the field to the right of the bust. |

| Reverse description | Bearded Heracles depicted nude, seated left upon a rocky outcrop, his muscular figure rendered in the heroic tradition of Hellenistic civic coinage. He holds an uncertain object — possibly a kantharos or cista mystica — in his right hand, while his left hand rests upon the surface of the rock beside him. The encircling Greek legend names the archon Gaius Iunius Nikiias and the city of Germe, framing the central type in a manner characteristic of provincial bronze issues from the Pergamene conventus during the reign of Marcus Aurelius. |
