| Beschrijving keerzijde | An octastyle temple depicted in three-quarter perspective, raised upon a podium of two steps, with eight columns supporting an elaborately decorated entablature and pediment. Winged Nikai are positioned atop the raking cornices at either side and on the apex of the pediment, lending a sense of divine grandeur to the composition. The architectural rendering follows conventions of provincial temple coinage from Bithynia, likely representing the imperial cult temple of the Koinon. The reverse legend identifying the issuing authority is disposed across the field. |
