Reverse description Concord (Homonoia) type depicting two deities representative of the civic alliance between Pergamum and Ephesus. On the left stands the cult image of Ephesian Artemis (Artemis Ephesia), shown frontally in the characteristic xoanon form with multiple rows of breast-like ornaments and flanking stags. On the right, Asclepius stands facing right, leaning on his serpent-entwined staff (caduceus). The reverse legend distributed around the field records the name of the presiding magistrate and the honorific titles of both cities.
