| Beschrijving keerzijde | Frontal view of a tetrastyle temple with four columns supporting an arcuated lintel, two pateras depicted within the pediment, and a standing imperial statue positioned between the columns, facing left and holding a spear in the right hand and a patera in the left. The central temple is flanked on either side by additional temples rendered in perspective, conveying architectural depth in the characteristic style of neocorate coinage. This reverse type celebrates the neocorate status of Hierapolis and its association with the Pythian and Actian games.
