Reverse description Bust of the syncretic deity Hermanubis facing right, crowned with a laurel wreath and a lotus flower atop the head, combining attributes of the Greek Hermes and the Egyptian Anubis. In the field before the bust, a composite symbol consisting of a winged caduceus entwined with a palm branch is prominently displayed, referencing both Hermes's role as divine messenger and Egyptian funerary symbolism. The date formula appears in the field as the regnal year legend. The reverse design reflects the characteristic blending of Greco-Roman and Egyptian religious iconography distinctive of Alexandrian provincial coinage.
